Words can't express how wonderful Maddy is. She had previously done a few day walks for me and Doug and she was good. I had a trip pop up suddenly and needed a house sitter for Doug while I was gone and had reached out to Maddy. She beat any and all expectations I had for a house/dog sitter. She took amazing care of my Doug and not once did I have to worry. She communicated with me the entire time, troubleshot any issues, and took fantastic care of him. He was happy and in good spirits when I returned and I couldn't have asked for more. She was super respectful of being in my place, and even did a load of laundry of blankets when she noticed that Douggie had piddled a bit out of excitement on them. Her communication ensured I was kept up to date on everything. She was excellent with all my questions and concerns and was super responsive. Knowing how good of hands my boy was in, I was able to fully enjoy my time away. Thank you Maddy for all you did!

Maddy was absolutely amazing, this was our first time using a cat sitter so we were a bit nervous but she took such great care of our two kitties. I cant recommend her enough! She is so kind, thoughtful and thorough with her care. She is communicative and our boys loved having her over, based on all the cute photos and video updates she gave us, which was so so nice. We will definitely be booking with her again and are now looking even more forward to our future vacations because we know our cats are in her trusted care. 10/10!

My dog is very shy and this was the first time I used a pet sitter for him aside from family. When he met Madeline for the first time he warmed up to her rather quickly so I knew she was a good fit. She asked all the right questions regarding his care to make sure he got everything he needed. My only issue is I had 2 days visits scheduled and one she was unable to make due to some personal things going on which i understand things happen but due to being farther from home I wasn't able to go back home to let my dog out. However, she came earlier than originally planned on the second day and Myles did wonderful with her which I was so happy about. And i appreciated that she came so early in the morning to take him out. I would definitely book with her again.

If you are in need of a house/dog sitter, Madeline is outstanding! I can't recommend her enough! She was so thoughtful with her questions before even meeting my pups, taking the time to get to know them, their routines, needs, personalities, etc. She treated them as if they were her own, helping to give medicine, wipe down paws after going outside, and even bringing aloe from her own home to put on my dog's paws while he struggled with skin allergies. She sent me photos, videos, and so many wonderful and thorough updates throughout the day. She truly went above and beyond in every way. Not only did she take the best care of my dogs, but she was also so respectful of my home, even taking the time to clean up the floors after the dogs. I will certainly be working with her again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else!

Madeline is super responsive and helpful. We discovered by camera that after we left, there are ants in the food. So we messaged Madeline in emergency. She was so kind that she is willing to come to our house that day even it was not arranged beforehand. She is also very thoughtful with our cats. One of our cats likes to open the door of the electric room and hide inside. She always leads him out because it's dirty in there. She also helped us take out the trash and bring the package in.
